First, relax, have fun and make memories and second, treat our home with care and respect! If you are traveling for a special occasion please let us know! We have everything you need for a great vacation! New renovated with stunning kitchen, new appliances and stove with double oven! New luxury mattresses, updated bathrooms, new carpet and vinyl plank flooring throughout. We provide all the amenities from home so your vacation is simple to plan and easy to enjoy! Our private back yard oasis has something for everyone! Fish off the private dock, take in the sun, sand and views from the private beach, relax in the 6 person hot tub and enjoy a fire, roasting marshmallows, telling stories and making memories! Enjoy a ride around the lake on one of our two canoes that can accommodate 2-4 persons. Canoes are available from April to October (waiver required and weather permitting). Fire up the grill on the deck and enjoy a meal and wine on the patio table with breathtaking views. We also provide firewood for the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. The basement has a game room with a couch, pool table, air hockey table and multi-arcade game with 48 of the best games from the 80`s – Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Frogger & More! Bed Summary: 4 Queen Beds, Twin/Full Bunk Bed, Twin/Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Full size sleeper sofa, 2 pack-n-plays - sleeps up to 10 Adults, 14 Maximum including children ages three and over. Twin Bunk Beds can not accommodate adults. The house is located in a private gated community of A Pocono Country Place. This is a beautiful community with 2 lakes, 1 public beach, 4 outdoor swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, mini golf and other amenities. We are located in the center of MT Pocono! 5 minutes to Tobyhanna State Park! 15 Min from Kalahari 15 Min from Mount Airy Casino Close to all Ski Resorts! We are a family friendly home. Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must personally occupy the property for the entire rental period. We do not accept reservations from young adults under 25 years of age or if a majority of the group is under the age of 25. Due to “party houses” and various complaints against rental properties for noise, overcrowding and exceeding sewer capacity our Community and Township Ordinances only permit those listed on the lease agreement and community forms to reside at the property. We can be fined and even lose our license to rent our property if anyone misrepresents the number of people and ages of those at the property. We can only accommodate 10 adults, with the maximum of 14 guests, ages three and older. When you make a reservation, you will be required to sign a lease agreement, provide a copy of your photo ID and register all guests and vehicles. This is required per our HOA and township ordinances. Amenity badges are required to use any public amenities. Five badges are provided with your reservation. Additional badges can be purchased at the Main Administration Building when you check-in or during your stay. Our private back yard oasis has something for everyone! The open living and dining room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and 75 inch Roku Smart TV and BOSE speaker so you can stream all the latest shows and movies. Dining room has seating for 10 and a high chair. The kitchen has all the items you needed including a coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, baking items, blender and more! There is one full bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed, 32 inch Roku Smart TV and Ceiling Fan. Second floor includes 4 bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has queen size bed, full size futon and 32 inch Roku Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and 24 inch Roku Smart TV. Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed, 32 inch Roku Smart TV and vaulted ceilings. Bedroom 5 has twin/twin bunk beds and twin/full bunk beds and 32 inch Roku Smart TV. The basement includes a washer and dryer, fireplace and walkout to the lake, beach and hot tub. Fun for kids and adults of all ages, enjoy the pool table, Air hockey table, Casino Bar and Multi Arcade game with 48 of the best games from the 80`s – Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Frogger, Pinball & More! The $300 cleaning fee includes the following: $150 House cleaning, $50 Hot Tub sanitation, chemical treatment and cleaning, $100 Community registration Fee and rental processing fees. Linens are NOT included. We found most guests prefer to bring their own and it helps us keep our fees down. We do have an optional linen package available. We provide bed sheets, bath and beach towels for $25 / night plus $150 deposit. All items must be washed, folded neatly and returned. We charge $15 / load to wash any items. Only 4 miles to Tobyhanna State Park, 9 miles to Mount Airy Casino, 10 miles Kalahari, 15 miles to Camelback mountain, Crossings Outlet with 100+ stores, Restaurants, Horseback riding, and more. 40 minutes (25 miles) to Bushkill Falls for hiking, Pocono Downs NASCAR Raceway and Jack frost and Big Boulder ski resorts.
