RentalsInThePoconos.com reserves the right to reject or edit any listing submitted at our sole discretion.

Membership Cancellation Policy
RentalsInThePoconos.com listings run on an annual basis. Due to the fact that the vast majority of the work involved in promoting vacation properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (creating the ad, adding photos, submitting to search engines, etc) RentalsInThePoconos.com is unable to offer a refund on cancelled memberships.

Property Off the Market
If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the RentalsInThePoconos.com listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your RentalsInThePoconos.com listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).

Spamming Policy

RentalsInThePoconos.com does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (Spam) - we reserve the right to cancel (without refund) any member that mentions RentalsInThePoconos.com or any of it's associated websites, URLs, or any associated RentalsInThePoconos.com email address in any spam e-mail message or Usenet posting. RentalsInThePoconos.com is the sole judge in determining what constitutes spam.

Rental Inquiries
