Bill Culley Pocono Rentals is offering a magnificent dwelling for family and friends to gather. Built in the early 1800`s, the majestic Stone Lion House is a truly magnificent historical dwelling. The home sits high on just under two acres. The many windows reveal extraordinary views -- a tranquil farm pond across the road, colossal trees and the gorgeous Pocono Mountains. The lower level of the home features a large kitchen with plenty of `preparation space,` granite counters, stove, refrigerator, floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets, dishwasher, and two microwaves. There are entrances from the kitchen into the dining room and the library. The living room -- adorned with couches, chairs, and vintage décor -- has a large flat screened TV discretely hidden behind a handsome tapestry. Simply open the French doors separating the living room and library - you`ll create a wonderful space for dancing and socializing. The rich hardwood floors and fireplaces contribute to the historical ambiance. The lower level has a half bath for the convenience of guests. The Stone Lion has its original staircase which is quite stunning. The upstairs sitting area features a plush chaise lounge and comfy throw positioned in front of a large window. There are four bedrooms on this level, each tastefully decorated, and a full bathroom. In three of the bedrooms are queen-sized beds. The fourth bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin. The grounds outside the Stone Lion are perfect for party tents or guest parking. The small separate `snack shack` can serve as a bar station, ice cream-food window or something you dream up.
