Near Camel back 10 miles, Big Boulder 12 miles and Jack Frost 10 miles ski slopes.  Weekend is $750.  Tenants open and close house; instructions will be sent.  Waterparks:  Kalahari, 5 miles. Split Rock 14 miles. 

Our house is a great place to watch the animals in the sun room. Contemporary 3 bedroom home in secluded setting with stream and lake in backyard. Situated between two lakes. Swing/bench near stream overlooking a lake in back yard.

Fishing is a catch and release system.  Must be 16 or older with a valid PA fishing license.  We have a dock in the adjoining property. 

We are in a private community and we take pride in our home.  There are rules and regulations to follow when in the community and when using our home.  Fines will be taken from security deposit if not followed.

Located between two lakes with a stream and a wonderful extremely private setting. Lake at top of driveway feeds into our stream in the back yard and then into the cove which feeds into the largest lake. Thus, we call our home `Tween the Lakes`. Depending on the rain fall, the cove water level will be affected.

Within walking distance at the top of our driveway is another lake that has playground, picnic area, beach, swimming/fishing in summer.

Sleeps 8: 1 Queen, 1 Regular, 1 Bunk Bed with Regular bed underneath.  New Queen Sofa Bed which is located in downstairs finished family room - ideal for children. 2 bathroom: tub in one and shower in other.  Pack-n-play and stroller available.

Master Bedroom has an air conditioning unit in summer. Ceiling fans in other bedrooms. Plus fan in living room, sun room and kitchen. Tower fan in downstairs family room.

Wood burning fireplace (need to supply your own wood), well equipped kitchen with microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, grill & patio furniture (summer only),  stereo, cable TV with DVD/VCR in living room.

Finished downstairs family room:  TV with DVD, ping pong table, dart board and air hockey.  Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.  This 5 Lake Community with outdoor pool, tennis courts, clubhouse with indoor pool makes for a nice family getaway. (Subject to Association availability.)  Slight charge for amenities.  $30 registration fee for ELA.  No pets and no smoking.  PA sales tax of 6% and Monroe Cty 3%.  Security deposit is half the rent. Cleaning fee $125.00 for weekend.  More for week.

We are closest to Camelback Resort (skiing and waterpark) and Crossing Outlets is only 10 miles. Pocono Auto speedway and Big Boulder/Jack Frost Ski area within 1/2 hour. 5 Minutes from Mt. Pocono Golf Course and newest indoor water slide:  Kalahari.

Easy commute from DE, NY and NJ. There is a steep driveway so 4 wheel vehicles are recommended in the winter months and we only allow 2 cars in the winter. You will need to register your cars with ELA.

Location is a short drive to most Pocono activities, including Crossing shopping outlets, Pocono Raceway (NASCAR Races), Kalahari, Camel-beach water park, Camel-back, Big Boulder and Jack Frost, Mt. Pocono Golf Course, Mount Airy Casino Lodge, golfing, and other ski and golf facilities.

If interested in renting, please contact me and I will give you necessary information about renting our home.  It takes 2 weeks to process paperwork. 

You will need to sign a short term lease and fill out an Emerald Lakes Registration form.  Trash badge for 3 days is $20.00.  Recycling is mandatory.  You will be responsible for opening and closing house; turning circuit breakers and water on.
