This is a family vacation home looking for responsible, mature, adults / family people to take care of home as if it was their own. House is well maintained and clean. Summer Weekly Rate: $800 Winter Weekly Rate: $800 Winter Weekend Rate is 2/days -$500 and 3/days - $600. Holiday Weekend Minimum 3 days. Please contact us for holiday rates. All rentals require a $300 security deposit and $70 cleaning fee. 8 Adults Maximum 25 and older without parent NO PETS - NO SMOKING Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Arrowhead Lakes Community rates for Renter: Gate pass - $25.00 per vehicle per length of rental period (year round) Summer: Amenity Badges - $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week. Amenity badges are required Memorial Day -Labor Day and fee`s are collected prior to arrival. Arrowhead`s on-site ammenities include: 2 lakes for fishing, boating, and swimming, 4 life-guarded beaches, boat rentals, 3 heated outdoor pools, 7 tennis courts, full-court basketball, picnic areas, playgrounds, clubhouse (weekly summer minicamps for kids, bingo, socials, etc.) convenience store, and 24 hour security. Drive 5 minutes to the popular "golf n fun" park with: miniature golf, driving range, batting cages, bumper cars, arcade, and ice cream parlor. Activities and Attractions Swimming, boating, fishing, tennis, basketball, hiking, biking...clubhouse activities...bingo, socials..daily summer mini-camps for kids. Nearby Pocono attractions include: Camelback water park, golf, water-rafting, horseback riding, Pocono Raceway, shopping outlets, state parks, Jack Frost/ Big Boulder, close to State Game lands. Numerous dining establishments in the area, to many to list but many a good meal has been had at them. Ski nearby Jack Frost and Big Boulder (15 minutes) Camelback (25 minutes) snowmobile rentals, snow tubing... ice skating and sledding within the community Summer: Great location. Easily walk to pool, tennis, picnic, and playground areas. Clubhouse offers weekly mini-camps for kids throughout summer season. Arrowhead has 2 Lakes with 4 life-guarded beaches for swimming. Lakes are fully stocked for fishing. Boat rentals available at Beach 4. All beaches have Lifeguards, picnic and playground areas on site. Full-court Basketball at Beach 2. There`s also 3 heated outdoor pools and 7 tennis courts within the community. NOTES Huge hill by clubhouse open for sledding & snow tubing.
