This single family house with 3 bedrooms, a loft and 1 1/2 bathrooms was built in 1989. It has a spiral staircase, fireplace and new furniture. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has two single size bunk beds. Both the living room and sunroom have full size sleeper sofas. All bedrooms have bed linen, comforters, pillows, bath towels and bath cloths.

The house has a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, standard stove with oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, silverware and dishware. It also has satellite TV, a DVD player, electronic games for the kids, and a washer and dryer.

Oh, did I forget to mention the swing set in the back yard, barbeque grill and deck furniture. Well, it`s all here!

Three beaches which includes the beach on Lake Wallenpaupack, which is within walking distance. The other two private beaches are within our community for your use.
