All year round: shopping at The Crossing Premium Outlets, historic Jim Thorpe, Pocono Raceway, and much, more! Sleeps 10, 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, pullout sofa, deck, 55" TV, Foosball Amazing home in the desirable Towamensing Trails community. Our beautiful home is in close proximity to a 90 acre lake. It sits on .87 acre of beautiful land. The community has a clubhouse for dining, full bar and game room in the basement. This is our vacation home that we put our hearts into, that we rent when we can`t get there, so it is very clean and well kept. Large living room with beautiful gas fireplace, open concept kitchen/ dining room with access to a HUGE deck. Newly added foosball table for entertainment. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Full bed Bedroom 3: 2 twin bunk beds sleeping 4 You will have access to full kitchen with cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and small toaster oven. Washer and dryer also on premises. We include pillows and blankets. Please bring your own linens, towels, and paper products. You will have access to the entire home with the following exceptions: - Garage - Pantry - Storage Closet - Linen Closet - Crawl Space / Basement We keep some personal items in these areas to allow you to enjoy the full house and not intrude in the space with out personal items. You will have as much or as little interaction as you want with us. We`re here to help.

Basic Rules:
You have to supply your own linens and towels or we can supply them for an additonal $100 fee per rental regardless of length.

An administrative fee of 125$ will be chrged for every rental regardless of length. This fee covers sanitizing the house after each renter as well as parking passes and writst bands for the community ammenities and access. You must leave the house in a clean condition and dispose of the trash accordingly.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed in the house. You will lose your deposit for either case.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required, which will be refunded within 1 weeks of your leave.
