This beautiful contemporary townhome is located in the gated private community of Blue Heron on Big Boulder Lake. Inside: Downstairs - Complete Kitchen, living room/dining area, One bedroom with full bath, Living Room Sleeper Sofa. Upstairs - 1 full bedroom, 1 loft bedroom both have queen beds and share a full-size bath with Jacuzzi. .

In the Spring Summer and Fall step outdoors onto the deck while the Deer and Chipmunks entertain you. Take a short walk (100 yds.) to the pristine 175 acre lake, Private Lake Club, marina, sailboats, kayaking, fishing, tennis, pool, mountain biking to name a few activities. Boulder View Tavern Restaurant is within a short walking distance. Golf - 18 hole Jack Frost National Golf Course, Split Rock Resort (27 hole Golf Course, miniature golf, bowling, a movie theater, H20 waterpark) paintball, and white-water rafting. All are 10 minutes away. Enjoy the many Festivals - Wine, Arts and Crafts, Beer.

In winter you can ski or tube at Big Boulder or Jack Frost Ski areas (This home is located at Big Boulder Ski Area). Jack Frost Mountain is 10 minutes away. Cross Country Skiing - Hickory Run State Park.
