Beautiful, clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath contemporary home located one block from lake and beach with wood burning stove and sleeping loft. Sleeps 8. Located in a private lakeside community with a clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball courts, arcade, swimming pool, kiddie pool, along with a beach and lake for swimming, fishing, sail boating or canoeing. The 195 acre crystal clear lake is stocked with trout and bass. There is 24 hour private security patrol. 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Resort. 20 mins to Pocono Raceway, Camelback Beach/Waterpark and Crossings Outlet Mall.

This private community is nestled around a beautiful 192 acre lake with a private beach, where you can enjoy fishing, swimming and boating (electric motors only). After you play a game of tennis or basketball on the courts you can relax by the pool or lounge in the clubhouse.

Towamensing Trails is located on route 903 only 5 minutes from Big Boulder and 10 minutes to Jack Frost ski slopes. Penns Peak is also easily accessible.
