Beautiful house overlooking the lake with a huge deck and an outside hot tub that sleeps 16 with central a/c. Great room with soaring 20 foot ceilings and windows with beautiful lake views. A big rec room with TV and a pool table. The house has 3500 square feet...6 bedrooms 3 1/4 bathrooms a big rec room with a wet bar and an additional fridge. The house is located in Emerald Lakes Community which boasts a community center with an indoor pool and sauna, lake beaches, playgrounds and an outdoor pool. There is a nominal fee to access the community amenities. Located just 8 miles from Camelback Mountain & Camelbeach Water Park and 15 miles to Jack Frost. The house is less than 4 miles to the Casino and ear horseback riding, golf. gokarts, paintball, whitewater rafting and more. The rate is $3900for a week plus a $200 cleaning fee and a $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit. The rental week in the summer goes from Sunday to Sunday. Off season rates vary. Main Floor Master Bedroom - King Bed Second Floor Bedroom – King Bed (connects to the bathroom) Second Floor Bedroom –Queen Bed Second Floor Bedroom – Queen Bed (plus Twin) Open Loft Area – Two Twins (Trundle Set up on rolls out from the other and lifts up) Living Room - Large Sofa Rec Room–TV and pool table Downstairs bedroom – King bed Downstairs bedroom – King Bed Three full bathrooms…one on each level plus an extra water closet with toilet in the rec room. There are stairs that go down to the lake access and a small sandy private beach for sunbathing. The lake is good for swimming although from our backyard it is not ideal because the lake access there is rocky. The use of our paddle boat and our canoe comes with the rental. It is a great lake for fishing!
