Get away from the stress of the city and spend some time in our cozy rancher. Our house sits on a quiet street in the lovely gated community of Arrowhead Lakes. Fully furnished with a wood burning fireplace, 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 9 people. Our house includes cable TV with VCR/DVD, Internet connection, washer dryer, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, outside deck with furniture, gas grill and a 5 person Hot Tub. For our smallest guests we have a portable crib and highchair available. Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, full bath and a color TV with cable. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with a color TV with cable. Third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. In addition we have a full size inflatable mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils, and many extras you might use for cooking. Two sliding glass doors takes you to a wood deck with a gas grill for your barbecue needs, table and chairs and entrance into the hot tub for your relaxation. All rentals require a $250 security deposit and a $75 cleaning fee. If you are bringing your four legged family member on vacation an additional security deposit of $200.00 is required. We ask that you provide your own linens and towels. Must be 25 or older to rent. Pets allowed. Smoking is permitted outside only. Rates: Spring April 1 - June 30th - Week $550 Weekend $350 Summer July 1 - Aug 31 Week $700 Weekend $500 Monthly $2500 Fall Sep 1 - Nov 30 - Week $550 Weekend $350 Winter Dec 1 - March 31 Week:$650 Weekend:$400 PA Sales Tax -7% Additional for Holidays Arrowhead fees: $25 gate pass per car. Amenity bracelets $8.00 per day per person over 6 years old.(Memorial day - Labor Day) Weekly rates are $30 per person per week. All fees are collected prior to arrival. Arrowhead is a gated community that includes a Clubhouse for year round social activities, two lakes, five beaches, and three pools. The community has many other activities such as fishing, boating, basketball, & tennis. Arrowhead Lakes Community requires amenity bracelets to be worn at all times when participating in any event sponsored by the community or using any of the facilities. This applies to the lakes, beaches, pools, picnic area, etc. Arrowhead is located only minutes from Camelback, Big Bolder and Jack Frost mountains. If you enjoy shopping, we are 20 minutes from the Crossing Outlets which has over a 100 stores. In addition, the local activities include flea markets, horse back riding, mountain bike riding, antiquing, fishing and golf. We are near Pocono Raceway. But best of all is the peace and quiet of Mountain living. Reading a book by the fire or sitting on the deck watching the wildlife or gazing at the stars. It is a place where there is something for everyone all year round.
