Great Time My wife and I rented this cabin for a weekend getaway and was blown away by what a great time we had. The cabin was fully stocked with everything one would need from board games, TV, DVD player to tubes to go tubing in the river that was across the street. We also enjoyed the grill that was there. The fireplace came in handy on the night it was cold and rainy. The wood was seasoned and dry and burned perfectly. If you are looking for a weekend away I would highly recommend this cabin!!

Gorgeous Winter Weekend Slumber Party A few friends and I rented the cabin for a weekend slumber party and it was fabulous! The cabin is nestled on a hillside overlooking a creek and everything was magical with a few inches of snow. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We spent the majority of our time in the living room, chatting around the fireplace. Relaxing, easy, beautiful -- the perfect weekend. Thank you!

Wonderful Last Minute Snowtubing Trip! The cabin is so charming that pictures do not do it justice. I planned a last minute snowtubing trip for my family and my sister's family. Chris was very professional and responsive to my emails. I couldn't believe this gem was available President's Day weekend. Plenty of room for 2 families and our pets. Loved it!

Beautiful Valley We stayed at the cabin during Holidays. The place was very cozy and charming. The valley where the property was set in and the creek were beautiful. It was a wonderful experience to sit at the fireplace and listen to the shimmering creek outside. Cabin was well equipped and owners very accommodating. We are looking forward to be back in the spring for some trout fishing.

An Outstanding Vacation My wife and I had the pleasure of spending the entire month of September at Cabin 57. It was the best vacation we have ever had and we have been around! Being so close to nature and yet having the comfort of the cabin was a double treat. We fished, swam and did plenty of tubing. The beds are very comfortable, the fireplace was wonderful, the kitchen works great and we used the screened in porch every day (it was our favorite spot). We got to meet so many of the local people who are friendly and helpful. Our favorite place to eat was the Tom X Pub where we became regulars. It is impossible to describe the experience completely. If you have any inkling to go the cabin route then Cabin 57 is the place to go.
Our thanks to the Gorab Family

BEST SUMMER EVER My daughter an I rented this cabin to kick off our summer. We had our own private beach on the creek that we tubed EVERY day! The area is pristine, and the cabin is impeccable. Not only were the owners a delight to deal with, the neighbors were so friendly and helpful(even helping my daughter catch her first fish!) Each morning my daughter would pop out of bed, not brushing her hair or bothering to change out of her pj's and head to the creek to plan out the day! Lots to do in the area, and completely kid friendly.. In the age of electronics and theme parks... My daughter exclaimed mid week... Mom, this is the BEST summer ever!!! Thank You Gorab family for exceeding our expectations and helping me give my daughter the BEST summer ever!! We WILL be coming back next year!!

Peaceful retreat! Just spent two weeks in this lovely cabin on a beautiful stream by the Delaware Water Gap. We went tubing and swimming every day. The area has so much to do (we recommend skipping Bushkill Falls in favor of Dingmans Falls--beautiful and FREE). Terrific retreat!

Love this cabin! My family and I rented this cabin two summers in a row and can't wait to go back this year! My 5 year old calls it our cabin in the woods. The cabin is clean and comfortable. The area is beautiful and serene. I love reading on the screeneed in porch listening to the river across the road. Perfect for a family who wants to get away for total relaxation.
