Reserve now for the winter season. Well kept single-family 3BR home in a gated community located minutes from shopping and other area attractions. Interior is nicely decorated. Enter into the large living room with fireplace and open floor plan, beamed ceilings, 2 picture windows and deck in front of house. Limited lake views from the front deck. Lake is across the street. Living room is comfortable with sectional sofa and over stuffed chairs. Has 25" color TV with DVD player and cable. Dining area opens to a large rear deck overlooking the wooded lot. Charcoal grill and picnic table/chairs provided. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar includes dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, all utensils, dishes and cookware. Master bedroom features a king-size bed, color TV/VCR, walk-in closet and private deck. Bedroom #2 - 2 twin beds with an additional air mattress. Bedroom #3 (on main level) has a full bed. All linens are provided for your convenience. Laundry facilities are located on the 1st floor. Full bath with tub/shower on 2nd floor. Half bath on 1st floor. Pets considered.

Amenities: Recreational facilities include 2 lakes with beach areas, 3 heated outdoor pools, playgrounds, tennis/basketball courts, clubhouse and lodge with scheduled activities. Purchase of amenity badges is required for all renters from Memorial day to Labor day. Arrowhead Lake Association also requires per vehicle gate fee of $25.

Things to do: Nearby attractions include miniature golf, golf, horseback riding, Pocono Raceway, paintball, ATV/Motocross Park at Jack Frost, Camelbeach water park, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, shopping and much more.

Winter: Ski nearby Jack Frost and Big Boulder, Camelback, snowmobile rentals, snow tubing, ice skate right across street from house.
