Lakefront home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 family rooms , a pool room with a wet bar. Kitchen has spacious eating nook with panoramic views of the lake. Located in the Lake Naomi County Club an additional fee provides access to all of the amenities of the club - heated pools, beaches, golf, tennis, fitness center, restaurants and kid`s clubs. Within 15 minutes to Camel back/ Camel beach, Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resorts. Also minutes from Pocono Raceway and the new NASCAR store. Whether you are into sports, shopping, sightseeing or just hanging out with a cool drink and a book, you will not find a more beautiful location in the Poconos. Highlights of this house include a large sand filled private beach, a volleyball court and children`s play area all within 100 feet of the home. There are three TVs, a DVD and VCR. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, range, BBQ grill, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Lake Naomi has it all. Scenic lake with beaches, two pool clubs, challenging golf course, HarTru and conventional tennis, fitness center and club house restaurant. You can swim, bike, hike and fish to your heart`s content. Summers are paradise, with a full calendar of activities for adults and children (including daycare/ camp programs). In the Winter, you can ski, tube, snowmobile and ride horses within 15 minutes of our home. Nearby attractions: Camel beach (summer fun park); Camel back (ski area); Crossings (outlet mall); antique and craft shops; Pocono Raceway (NASCAR/ Indy); white water rafting; horseback riding; Jack Frost/ Big Boulder ski areas; state-of-the-art bowling center. The necessities of life are 10 minutes away; Walmart Super Center, Kmart and other shops. You`ll find restaurants of all types in close proximity.

Great House for Family Reunions This is a great house for multiple families to get together and have a great time. Volleyball court, beach and children play area right off the home`s back deck. You can sit on the deck and watch the kids play.

Featured in the NY Times Compared to upscale homes in the Hamptons. Called one of the premiere homes in the Poconos.

In May of 2007 indoor recreation center will be available. This brand new facility will offer indoor tennis courts, indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi and a large cardio and weight room. While some of your group goes skiing the other can take a swim. The indoor facility is one mile from the home.

Skiing Information: Home is 15 minutes from all 3 of the major slopes. Discount tickets are available. Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback are all only 15 minute drive. Close enough to drive to in the AM, come back for lunch and drive back to for PM or night skiing.

Golf Information: Nine hole golf Club in the development. Challenging enough for a scratch golfer from the back tees but very playable from the front tees for beginners. This course is one of the best maintained in the Poconos. Very walkable, pull cars allowed and electric carts are available.
