Great winter getaway
Property was perfect for a long weekend with friends. Great space that fits everyone comfortably. Kitchen/bathrooms were clean and we liked that there were plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Location was private and allowed us all to relax and have a good time. Recommended.

great Thanksgiving
We spent a great Thanksgiving with a group of friends in this very cosy chalet - the house was very nice, well-equipped and warm. It was very well maintained and clean, the kitchen was excellent for lots of cooking. For us it was perfect that there was high-speed internet (we brought our laptops). We even saw deer passing by in the snow! We took several day-trips to Hickory Run state park, and nearby towns, and had a great time here. Well recommended!

the house is great
We stayed at the house 3 nights and it was great. We had the best experience ever! The house is clean is big and it has everything u need to have a perfect getaway. And the owner is great.it was 7 of us and we all loved it. We actually wanted to go back july 4 but too bad is already booked. Hopefully next time!

Enjoy your vacation at our lovely 3BR cozy mountain chalet in the gated community of Arrowhead Lakes, conveniently located near Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback.

Arrowhead Lakes features two big lakes with 4 beaches (closest one is less than half a mile away), and 3 swimming pool/tennis complexes. Minisink pool&tennis is just 3 blocks from our chalet while the Island Pool is about half a mile away.

Our chalet has 3 bedrooms and a welcoming first floor with cathedral ceilings, fireplace, dining area and views to the woods and to the frequent deer visitors.

Here is the brief description of our amenities:

3 bedrooms (2 with Queen beds, 1 with a Twin bed and 2 Bunk Beds)

Living room with Queen-sized pull-out sofa, Cable TV, DVD player, games

Wireless Broadband Internet

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer&dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots&pans, dinnerware

Full deck in the front of the chalet

Assortment of games, DVDs and sport equipment for your pleasure

Spring Rentals:
Weekly: $600
Weekend: $400

Summer & Winter Rentals:
Weekly: $800
Weekend: $500
Special rates for holidays.

Community Fees:
Arrowhead Lake requires renters (over the age of 6) to purchase amenity badges from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend ONLY (Summer Season). Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and daily badges are $7.50 per person per day. Renters must purchase a gate pass for $20.00 per vehicle ($25.00 per vehicle in off season) in order to access the community.

Rental Rules:
You have to supply your own linens and towels.
We require a $250 refundable security deposit, which we`ll return within 2 weeks of your leave.
This is a NON SMOKING, NO PETS house.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
You must leave the house in a clean condition.
