Sleeping capacity • Comfortably fits 12 - 16 people, additional beds are available. • 1st Floor - family room with a fold-out sofa (sleeps 2), sauna, jacuzzi, billiard and TV. • 2nd Floor - kitchen, living room with a fold-out sofa (sleeps 2), 1 bedroom with a futon (sleeps 2), 1 bedroom with two beds. • 3d floor - loft with internet access. 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (sleeps 2), 1 bedroom with two beds. Location and local attractions information • The house is located in a terrific private community with 3 pools, 3 lakes, 4 beaches, tennis courts, lakes and playgrounds. • Just a short drive to the Jack Frost and Big Boulder resorts, twenty five minutes to Camelback park. • Five minute drive to Fishing Hole with plenty of fresh trout. • 10 minutes to horseback riding, paintball, white-water rafting, hiking and more Calendar and Availability Rental Rates • Regular Weekends - $850/weekend, $1,000/week • Holiday weekends - $950/weekend, $1,100/week(Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus day, President`s Day, Martin Luther King) Holidays • New Year - $3,500 • Christmas - $1,500 • July 4th - $1,500 Deposit and Fees • Cleaning Fee $95 • Security deposit $300 • $25 per each vehicle (for the duration of the stay). Payable directly to the local community association when you arrive. No smoking and no pets, please. Smokers are welcome to enjoy an outside screened porch and 3 balconies.
