Enjoy the beautiful Pocono Mountains Home at Shawnee Ski Area in this spacious retreat with four bedrooms, two full bath, living room, family room,2 car garage and more! Conveniently located across the road from Shawnee Ski Area in picturesque Woodlyn Village. Just minutes from all winter activities of skiing, tubing, sledding, snow mobiling or shop or enjoy the local sights.

This house Sleeps 8 Private to 10 Maximum. Plenty of space to spread out or relax near the cozy fireplace

This is a Non-Smoking , home with two large master bedrooms and 2 additional bedrooms. The owners suite bedroom features a king-size bed with master bath that includes a garden tub and private deck. The second master bedroom on the upper level has a king size bed with double closets and skylights. The 2 additional bedrooms feature both a queen and double bed. There is also a pull-out queen sofa in the family room. The downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, and large living room with entertainment center.

Additionally there is a family/recreation room featuring cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace to keep you cozy for a friendly chat.. All linens are supplied along with cooking and eating utensils. Just bring the food or shop nearby at the area markets.

Two Car Garage and double parking pad,4 TV`s, Sony play station, vcr, stereo and (2) DVD players to add to your comfort. WIFI AVAILABLE

*There is a $125.00 cleaning fee for all stays and $300.00 security deposit required for all stays.

Mid week (2 nights minimum) @$275.00 per night.

Weekend (Fri and Saturday) $895.00. (Fri/Sat-check out Sunday)

Add an extra day Thursday or Monday for just $100.00 more

Weekly Rental: $1895.00 (save over $300.00.)

(Just think 2 groups or families split this at less than $450.00 each for a home not a room)
